Having known Jim since pre-GNoH days (back when we were both members of author Brian Keene’s message board, and the legion of F.U.K.U.), I knew Jim was invested in the genre. Fast forward some years when I’ve assumed the mantle of writing with professional intent, I see Jim helming as Editor-in-Chief for the Ginger Nuts of Horror. Some breeds wax and wane in the genre, be they authors, publishers, reviewers, et al. Not so with the Ginger Nuts of Horror. The stalwart continues to endure, championing diversity, inclusion and representation – from the reviews to the reviewers and the horror genre itself, across many of its formats.
