Black Crow Books – Two Industry Experts Unite to Form Agile and Bespoke Horror Publisher 

Science Fiction and Fantasy bookseller Matt Holland (The Broken Binding) and genre publicist Jamie-Lee Nardone (Black Crow PR) have joined forces to create Black Crow Books, an independent publisher launching in 2025 specializing in the very best and bizarre in horror fiction. 

Believing in quality over quantity, they will initially publish four new books each year, including an anthology showcasing the very best short horror fiction of the year. The other side of Black Crow Books will focus on producing exclusive and limited editions of books both old and new, plus a quarterly book box for the discerning horror reader wanting to discover exciting new fiction. 

‘It’s a great time to be a horror fan, and the market is absolutely booming’ says Jamie-Lee, who will be taking the lead as Publisher, as well as overseeing PR. ‘Horror is my first true love, and I cannot wait to find the truly weird and wonderful that’s out there.

Black Crow Books is currently accepting submissions from agented authors only.
